Seafood soup
components:

2 c. tablespoons olive oil
Article 225 g onions
110 g chopped celery
225 grams of red pepper and chopped green
3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1 c. tablespoons sauce alorischr
1 package (400 grams) peeled tomatoes
½ 2 liters of fish sauce
1 tablespoon basil leaves, fresh thyme and walarighano
salt
pepper
white fish meat cubes 225g consistent
squid 225 g
225 g peeled shrimp
225 g fresh crabmeat

Method of preparation:

Seafood soup

Heat oil in a large pan and sear your lamb with onion, celery, pepper and garlic for 2 minutes until soft paste
Add tomato sauce and pan alorischr fire to mix low heat 5 minutes to boil
Add fish sauce paste, herbs and liquids from the fish pieces and boil
Add salt and pepper to taste
Leave the pot on low heat for about 20 minutes, while removing a layer of fat before adding the seafood
Add fish and squid and shrimp to the soup and simmer for 5 minutes and max
