Authority mushrooms and walnuts for Weight Loss

Ingredients:


- A box of beads full-Fitr, refinery.

- Half a cup of black olives skim.

- Medium onion finely chopped.

- ½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts.

- Tablespoon cayenne pepper puree half.

- Juice of the lemon.

Method:

- Mixed mushrooms with olive coarsely chopped walnuts, tomato paste, pepper paste, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, chopped and olive oil.
