Ingredients:
250 g chocolate moist cake, crumbled
¼ Cup ground hazelnuts
Tablespoon sugar Qatar
3 tablespoons melted butter
A half cup of dried fruit or raisins
150 g dark chocolate, chopped
Tablespoons melted vegetable ghee
200 g crushed digestive biscuits or biscuit butter crumbs
Method of preparation:
Combine brioche crumbs and hazelnuts, and Qatar sugar, butter, dried fruit or raisins in a large bowl.
Stir
the mixture with a spoon to mix ingredients together. Roll mixture into
small balls the size of walnuts. Place the balls on a tray and
refrigerate until stiff.
Put
black chocolate with vegetable ghee in a bowl resistant to heat or melt
