Ingredients:

Can tuna
2 tomatoes
3 eggs
2 Islands
6 green beans
3 potatoes
1 yellow or green bell pepper
Black olives, green olives stuffed with peppers
6 pieces of anchovy
The leaves of celery
Parsley, chopped coarsely
Leaves of lettuce
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Garlic cloves
Green onions cut into rings
Kashkaval cheese
1 lemon
1 teaspoon mastrd
Salt, black pepper

Method of preparation:

Wash the vegetables and then cut each tomato in half circles peeled carrots and finely.
Climbing potato potatoes in salted water then drain then Peel and cut into medium sized pieces.
Climbing beans were liquidated
Boil the eggs, Peel and cut each into 4 pieces
Cut bell pepper halves longitudinally.
Kashkaval cheese cut longitudinally
Arrange lettuce leaves on the edges of the dish and vegetables in the middle with tuna and cheese
Garnish with anchovy and parsley leaves, celery, green olives, onion rings and eggs.
Serve immediately after preparation.
Mix the mayonnaise sauce with vegetable oil and add clove of crushed garlic with mustard, lemon, salt and black pepper.
