Grilled fish ( Sarah Lomari )

Amounts of grilled fish

-One big fish

-Garlic slices number 10

-2 large volume of olive oil

-Spoon a large volume of fish spices

-Small size of teaspoon coriander

-Small size of the spoon cumin

-Small size of the spoon paprika (sweet pepper)

-Large size spoon oregano

-1 tsp of salt and large size can reduce or increase the amount of salt to taste

-½ teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup of lemon juice

-Large of lemon, sliced
How to prepare grilled fish

-Wash the fish well with lemon, vinegar and a little salt and a betgffih 3. in a small bowl, place the following ingredients: spices, coriander, cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, stir well then distributed inside and outside of the fish.

-A crack on the back of the fish from overseas, then dot with a little olive oil in each hole of the slots on the back of the fish so that it enters the holes and then mashed with garlic and lemon

-Put the rest of the garlic slices and the lemon inside the fish.

-Put the fish in butter, paper and seal it well.

-Gently heating the oven temperature 180 Celsius then put the fish in the oven lshoeha for 30-40 minutes, then remove the butter paper and Bake 10 minutes.
