Recipe for 6 people

Ingredients

Choose small vegetables
6 tomates6 onions white + 1 for the stuffing
6 verts6 Nice round Zucchini peppers
6 round aubergines
200 g of throat big Minced pork rack
200 g veal big grid

100 g of breast rolled chopped
1 bowl of bread soaked in milk
1 cup rice al dente (on tomatoes)
2 cloves of garlic
100 g parmesan cheese grater (or Gruyère)
2 eggs

fresh herbs: thyme, savory, oregano, marjoram, basilic1 bunch parsley platsel, pepper

Preparation

Wash all vegetables, Peel onions.
Blanch in boiling water (except for the stuffing) onions, Zucchini and eggplant.
Dip them in cold water and drain.

Bake for 1 hour at 180 ° and monitor the cooking.The vegetables will make water, use this juice to water them regularly (if not juice, pour a little water in the bottom of the dish).
