A chicken salad with pineapple
A chicken salad with pineapple

Ingredients:

Lemon juice, grain
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Pineapple, whole bean
Lettuce clip, 3 sheets
Diced cooked chicken, 2 pieces
Pepper colors section, 3
Salt and pepper, to taste
Mustard, 1 tablespoon


Method of preparation

-Cut pineapple lengthwise into halves, and the fruit, and cut the heart of pineapple medium cubes placed in a pot on the fire.
-Add salt and pepper and mustard, lemon, vinegar, chicken, pepper-colored to pineapple for 10 minutes.
-Turn the ingredients well, and serve.
