Amino acids

Amino acids are composed of different combinations of different types of protein, consisting of 20 species, complexes. The body makes some of the necessary amino acids, but there are certain types of basic body cannot manufacture, must be obtained through diet.

Aspartame

Aspartame is an artificial sweetener, is composed of two amino acids aspartic and vinyl whining. These amino acids are found naturally in many foods such as meats, vegetables, dairy products and cereals. Dietary fibre

Dietary fibre is a type of non-digestible carbohydrates consist of three types: insoluble fiber, soluble fiber, and resistant starch. Essential fatty acids

Soluble fibre

Soluble fibers are a type of dietary fiber that contribute to low levels of cholesterol in the blood. Beta-Glucan of beta-glucan is a type of soluble fiber, found in large quantities in OAT and barley. These fibers are present in abundance in fruits and vegetables, beans and lentils.

Organic food

Organic are foods that have been cultivated and grown without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, hormones and other synthetic materials. Organic meat products is the meat derived from animals that were not given antibiotics or growth hormones.
