Grilled fish.. way By Sarah


The amounts of grilled fish

- A big fish

-10 Garlic slices

- Large size of two tablespoons of olive oil

- Spoon large volume of fish ingredients

- A teaspoon of the size of the coriander

- A teaspoon of cumin size

- Spoon small size paprika (pepper)

- The size of a large spoon oregano

- The size of a large spoon of salt, may reduce or increase salt to taste

- Half a teaspoon of black pepper

- A quarter cup of lemon juice

- Large grain lemon slices

How to prepare grilled fish
- Wash the fish with lemon, vinegar and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Wipe dry the fish and then the following ingredients: allspice, coriander, cumin, thyme, paprika, salt, pepper and mix well inside and outside of the fish.

- Cracks in the back of the fish from the outside, then a little olive oil and the leader in each slot holes on the back of the fish that penetrates between the holes and then fill with garlic slices and lemon

- Put the remaining garlic and lemon slices inside the fish.

- Put the fish in butter paper, then cover well

- At a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius Put the fish in the oven for 30-40 minutes, then uncover the paper butter and grill the fish 10 minutes.
