The easiest way to prepare Lamb with prunes..by Sarah


Ingredients:
* Lamb Kilogram
* Two the onions, cut into small pieces
* Half teaspoon of ginger
* Half teaspoon white pepper
* Half teaspoon saffron powder
* A little saffron (whiskers)
* 3 cinnamon sticks
* One-half cup of olive oil
* Some butter
* A quarter kilogram of dry plum
* Water Cups
* Two tablespoons sugar
* A little powdered cinnamon and blossom water
* A little sesame and fried almonds, for garnish

How to prepare
* First, wash the meat well and then placed in a pot on the fire and scatter the spices (ginger and white pepper powder and cinnamon and saffron filaments), then add the oil. This combination allows low heat, stirring constantly with meat.
* Then add the onion, and when it becomes brown, pour a glass of water in the pot, in order to mature these components.
* Then again placed in a pot on the fire, add plum with two cups of water and two tablespoons of sugar and a little cinnamon and melt the butter and water. This mixture and simmer until cooked and dry broth.
* Finally, a serving dish, add the meat, topped with plum and throwing sesame and garnish with almonds.
