Ingredients



175 g young salad mix
4 tomatoes
1 cucumber
Lemon 0.5 (1/2)
One plant parsley
150g black olives with kernel (fresh market)
4 eggs
2 slices of bread
250g mackerel fillets in olive oil (tin)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. olive oil extra virgin
Black pepper (mill)

Preparation

(15 min.)
