Gambas, yes but Bio, without sulfites and of nice size! Introduced whole, this gambas takes part in all preparations. Their pretty carapace becomes of one intense red in baking, unless they prefer shell to make them marinade.
Gambas in the gomasio and ratatouille
For 4 persons
Preparation: 20 min / Baking: 40 min
1. The day before, put 12 engrossments gambas bio whole grown Food4Good to thaw in the refrigerator.
2. The following day, cut 1 eggplant, 2 zucchinis and 4 tomatoes in small cubes. Peel and slice thinly 1 onion. Peel and crush 1 pod of garlic.

Gambas marinaded in the lime
For 2 persons
Preparation: 30 min / Baking: 20 min
1. The day before, put 10 engrossments gambas bio whole grown Food4Good to thaw in the refrigerator.
2. The following day, peel 500 g of potatoes and chop them up. Cook them 20 min in a saucepan of salt scalding water.
3. Shell gambas by keeping the tail.
4. Zestez 1 lime and reserve the zest for purée of potato.
5. Squeeze the lemon, overturn into a salad bowl with 2 c. in s. of oil of olive, 1 c. in c. of kernels of poppy and a little salt. Pour this marinade on gambas and let rest 5 min.
6. Crush potatoes, with the zest of lemon
and 5 c. in s. of oil of olive to acquire a purée,
adjust flavouring.
7. Made heat a frying pan with a net of oil.
Cook gambas 2 - 3 min on each side.
Serve with the purée.
