What you need: 3 cloves garlic, chopped

5 cups chicken broth

3 cups white mushrooms sliced

2 cups Baby spinach

2 cups frozen cheese Tortellini

1 1/2 half-media cups

1 cup of milk

2/3 Cup chopped onion

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons butter

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian condiment

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon thyme

1/4 teaspoon salt

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then cook the garlic, mushrooms and onion for 2-3 minutes. Add the spinach and season with salt and black pepper. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Add the chicken broth, half and half, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian condiment, white pepper and thyme in the pot. Stir lightly. Cover and cook for 3 hours on the ground floor. Add the tortellini cheese and milk 30 minutes before the cooking time is over.
