Ingredients (4 people):
- 1 chorizo (hard or soft according to taste)
- 2 chicken breast
- 50 g County
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons oil
Preparation of the recipe::
Prepare the marinade with oil, honey and soy sauce.
Cut the chicken into cubes and cheese, chorizo into thick slices, peppers and onion into pieces.
Marinate all ingredients minimum 3 hours in refrigerator.
Mount your skewers, alternating ingredients
Bake about 15 minutes at the barbecue, griddle or oven rack
