Salmon Steaks with Horseradish Vinaigrette
Ingredients
4 1-inch-thick salmon steaks (about two avoirdupois unit. total), pin bones removed
Kosher salt and pepper
3 tablespoons sliced contemporary dill
1/2 teaspoon ready horseradish
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
2 tablespoons oil
Preparation
1. heat up grill to medium-high. Season salmon steaks with 1/2 its. salt and 1/4 its. pepper. In a bowl, mix dill, horseradish, vinegar, 2 Tbs. oil, 1 Tbs. water and 1/4 its. every salt and pepper.
2. Oil grill grates. Grill fish, turning once, till medium-rare, eight to ten minutes. Whisk salad dressing, spoon over salmon and serve.
