Grilled Salmon with Honey-Soy Marinade



This is your go-to grilled salmon recipe. With just 5 minutes of prep and a marinade made of equal parts honey, soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar and butter, you’ll never use another recipe to make your grilled salmon

Ingredients

1.Spoonful of brown sugar

1.Spoonful of butter or margarine, melted

1.Tablespoon olive or vegetable oil

1.tablespoon of honey

1.Tablespoon soy sauce

1.Clove garlic, finely chopped

1.Large salmon fillet (about 2 pounds), cut into 8 pieces

Steps

1.In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except salmon.

2.In a flat or plastic surface cup, place the salmon. Pour the marinade over the salmon. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes but not more than 1 hour.

3.Heating the coal or the gas door. Remove the salmon from the marinade; Reserve the marinade. Insert the side of the skin down salmon, grilled. Cover and grill over medium heat for 10 to 20 minutes, brushing 2 or 3 times with the marinade, until the salmon flows easily with a fork. Discard any remaining marinade.
