* Ingredients
Mice of lamb
- 1 mice of lamb (750g)
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of curcum
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic el hanout
- 1/4 tsp of mace
- 8 pistils of saffron
-1 small chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp of smen
- 3 cloves of garlic chopped
- 2 sticks of cinnamon
- 5 cl of olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey of orange blossom
Dried apricots
- 100g of dried apricots
- 20g of caster sugar
- Orange juice
- 15g of butter
- 10 cl of water
- A pinch of salt

* Preparation
- In a bowl, add the spices, garlic and smen. Pour 1/4 glass of water and mix well.
- Add the lamb mouse and marinate in the spices for 2 hours.
