Ingredients for "Pork shish kebabs":
Pork - 800 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 tooth.
Mayonnaise ("Maheev" with lemon juice) - 4 tbsp. l.
Ketchup ("Maheev" shish kebab for serving)
Salt
Black pepper
Cooking time: 70 minutes
Servings: 4
Recipe for "Shish kebabs":
Peel onion and garlic, chop and mix with mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Pork is washed, drained and cut into pieces 5x5 cm in size. Put into a bowl, add the cooked mayonnaise marinade, mix thoroughly and leave for 40 minutes.
Take the pork out of the marinade, get wet with napkins. String on 4 skewers and fry on the grill for 20-25 minutes. Serve with ketchup.
